Summary

DCN 20110317 includes an interim rule to implement section 847 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 and a final rule to implement section 222 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Pub. L. 111-383). Two rules were adoped as final, without change: interim rule Page 14588 implementing section 828 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 and an interim rule implementing section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010.
