Summary

DCN 20110505:

includes a final rule to address electronic business procedures for placing orders;
adopts as final, with changes, the interim rule to implement section 831 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009, which required DoD to develop guidance on personal services contracts; and
includes a final rule to implement the requirements for minimizing the use of materials containing hexavalent chromium in items acquired by DoD.
